There’s just something about the ease of a slow-cooker. Piling a bunch of food into a pot only to have a delicious meal hours later. This Pork Tenderloin recipe is one of those very recipes!
Looking for an easy comfort meal that doesn’t break the bank? Pork Tenderloin is always a great alternative. Here we crust it with a blend of herbs and parmesan cheese. This meal was so good the first time that I made that I made twice the portion the next time so the leftovers would last!
Personally I think this meal goes best over a giant scoop of mashed potatoes. If you insist on rounding out the meal with a vegetable, I would go with oven roasted brussel sprouts.
So pull out that crock pot and let’s get cooking!Add to Favourites
